退漿機流水線已有小部分安全配置（如地墊，安全光幕等），但仍存在如滾筒卷入，圍欄防護不足，氣泵電機裸露等安全隱患。其中烘房門也存在人進入后打不開的狀況?？蛻粢延邪踩渲脤⒔尤胛覀儼踩到y進行監控，同時針對客戶要求進行整改。

       采用NJ系列PLC分布4個數據控制點，將全線的安全裝置統一控制管理，利用觸摸屏顯示報警點，對全線的安全狀況一目了然。 

    Scouring Line has a few safety guard (such as safety mats, safety light curtain, etc.), but there are still risks such as roller involved, less fence protection, bare pump motor. And the chamber door could not open when there is a person inside. The existing safety device will be monitored access our security system, and we will add some new device based on customer requirements.

    The NJ series PLC will be use with 4 control points. All safety devices will be controlled and monitored by it. The HMI will be used for display all of the alarm.
